Your inquiry

The form collects your first and last name, email, optional phone number, organization, job title and company website, selected learning track, who the training is for, work context and any goal you choose to share. These details are saved privately so Ready Waypoint can review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include confidential client material or sensitive personal information.

Inquiries are saved in the site's hosted database and transferred to our private SharePoint inquiry list. Internal Teams and email notifications help us follow up. A delivery queue retains submissions if a transfer fails. Sending the form does not make a booking or enroll you in a mailing list. If you need a saved inquiry reviewed or removed during testing, ask the site owner and provide its reference number.

Preparing for your conversation

We may use AI-assisted research to summarize your request and relevant public company information for the team member responding. Internal briefs distinguish what you submitted from researched information, include sources and flag uncertainty for review. We do not use these briefs to automatically accept or reject prospects. Research is limited to business context; we do not seek sensitive personal information.

Your assessment

The check runs in your browser. Your result link contains only a track, audience category and work category. It contains no name or email. Anyone you share that link with can see the suggested plan. Individual answers are not saved to the server.

Website measurement

We count page views, inquiry starts, assessment starts and completions, track inquiry clicks and successfully saved inquiries. Measurement is grouped by day and broad track or work categories, without visitor identifiers, names, email addresses, written goals, browsing history or stored IP addresses. Aggregate counts are retained for up to one year. The site honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences.

Browser services

The current design loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network request needed to serve them. Temporary browser session storage supports page transitions and retry protection. Retry protection stores a random submission key and a fingerprint of the submitted details for up to 24 hours in the current tab, not a copy of your message. GPT Sites controls access to this private preview. The inquiry form uses request limits and a hidden spam field. Cloudflare Turnstile is not enabled in this private preview.

Before public launch

Inquiry retention, a public privacy contact and the final hosting configuration will be documented here before readywaypoint.com accepts public inquiries.
